Let's be honest...

With a family of 5, parents who run businesses and three energetic boys who eat food faster than we can refill the fridge, initially we were just looking for a healthy, fresh and nutritious meal prep option for ourself...

Unfortunately we couldn't find anything that lived up to the standards of our fussy taste testers (Ollie, Archer and Carter - must update the family photo), so we created one! 

Fresh Fuel was birthed out of a need in Bendigo for health conscious people to have convenient access to healthy, nutritious and tasty foods.

As owners of a gym working with hundreds of people each year to lose weight, get fit and build long term sustainable healthy habits, we saw there was a massive gap in the supply of fresh, convenient and healthy food.

So in the end we decided it was time to help Bendigo Locals create long term sustainable healthy habits by creating a convenient and healthy way to access nutritious home cooked meals.

And Fresh Fuel was born...!
